Reservation and Payment Policy

Reservations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance for individual treatments and 2 week advance notice for spa parties. Reservations can be made by calling 215-315-3184. We require a credit card at the time of booking in order to reserve the appointment. For spa parties we require a 30% deposit to reserve the date. Payment in full is required 2 week prior to appointment date. We accept MC, Visa, cash and checks (we must receive the check prior to appointment date).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for spa parties and spa packages must be made 2 weeks in advance in order to avoid a loss of deposit. Changes to any packages must also be made 3 weeks prior.

Gratuities
For Spa Parties a 20% gratuity is added to the total cost of service.

Age Requirement
Clients must be at least 16 years of age. Clients under the age of 16 must have adult supervision.

Home Spa Process
You let us know the dates and times that would be best for you to have a Home Spa Party. We will schedule a technician(s) who is available for one of those times. All treatments are performed on a massage table or massage chair. Manisage and pedisage are done on a chair or couch. The Spa Technician(s) will arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to set up. At that time please inform your technician of anything that was not mentioned at the time the reservation was made. Our spa technicians are equipped with a massage table, towels, sheets, everything necessary to perform a home spa therapy. Our Spa Technicians take great care in insuring your privacy, all body treatments are done dressed to your level of comfort. We usually recommend a 2 piece bathing suit if you are uncomfortable being nude.

Spa Party Process
For a spa party or event, a spa coordinator will arrive around 45 minutes before your appointment to help organize your event. The spa technicians will arrive 15-30 minutes prior to set up the virtual spa space so it's perfect for you and your guests. At that time, please inform your technician of anything that was not mentioned at the time the reservation was made.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our Spa Technicians will refuse a treatment if any of the following apply: Any medical conditions that were not mentioned at time of reservation***If pregnant please state prior to treatment.
